Start/Stop, Split and Lap are the main functions of stopwatches. This is controlled by 1 or 2 buttons depending on model.

On stopwatches with few functions, one-line- displays are used, whereas displays with more lines are used for multi-function stopwatches.

1-button-operation

All a. m. operations are done by one button. No confusion!

2-button-operation

Start/Stop and Split resp. Lap are set by two separate buttons.

Water protection

The stopwatches that are marked in the chart below with water protection »yes« have addi- tional rubber sealings and are thus protected against splashes. The stopwatches marked with »water resistant« are checked by HANHART with a pressure of 3 bar. They could be in a water depth of up to 10 m for a longer time without damage. In order to keep these stopwatches water-resistant for many years, they have to be checked by a specialist approx. every two years.

All electr. HANHART stopwatches operate within a temperature range of approx. –15°C to + 55° C.
